Border Security Force (bsfThere are huge number of candidates preparing for the job in . BSF has released the vacancy for the post of Constable (Tradesman) 2023. For this, online application forms have been sought from interested male and female candidates. Eligible and interested candidates have been told that they can visit BSF Recruitment Portal rectt.bsf.gov.in to apply for Constable (Tradesman) posts. Candidates can apply for these posts till 27 March.
In the notification issued by BSF, it has been said that under this recruitment drive, candidates will be appointed for a total of 1284 posts. Out of this, male candidates will be appointed for 1220 posts, while female candidates will be recruited for 64 posts. What is Eligibility Criteria?
- Age Range: Only those candidates can apply for the job in BSF, whose age is between 18 years to 25 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit. Direct Link To Apply BSF Recruitment
- Educational Qualification: For appointment to the posts of Constable (Cobbler), Constable (Tailor), Constable (Dhobi), Constable (Barber) and Constable (Sweeper), the candidate must have 10th pass. Candidate should be skilled in his/her respective trade. A test will also be conducted for the respective trade by the Recruitment Board.
- Those candidates who are 10th pass can apply for the post of Constable (Cook), Constable (Water Carrier) and Constable (Waiter). The candidate must have completed National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) Level-I course in Food Production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or an institution recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.

How much is the application fee?
General, EWS and OBC category candidates will have to pay Rs 100 as examination fee, which will also include a service charge of Rs 47.20. Women candidates, SC, ST and Ex-servicemen are exempted from the examination fee.
